How has RBF helped you on your journey?
RBF has helped me immensely on my journey. I honestly don't think I would be into fitness like I am without them. Just such a positive, motivational place with so many people that inspire and want to see you do good. I'm so happy I stepped into this gym back in 2013. It has changed my life and so many of my friends lives for the better. RBF helped me realize how strong I really am and that hard work pays off. My weight continues to go down and I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life at 36 years old. My mom cloud has thinned and I have realized that I can work hard raising my boys, at my job outside of the home, and still have time to work on me. To me, RBF is the ultimate enabler to help me become a better version of myself – the version I want. It’s still a work in progress, but honestly a person should always be a work in progress. RBF does not guide people to be a certain specific way. They provide the tools/knowledge/community to enable someone to help themselves reach their specific goals. RBF has reinvented our thought process in the “How.” Specifically, the style of blending different workout programs like strength, conditioning, hard core and the few others truly captures a well-rounded program. (For Corey): I have reinvented who I am as a Soldier just by working out each morning before work. (For Karissa): I have transformed my physical shape and energy levels needed for a stay home mom of three young boys. RBF has truly been a great experience from the first day we walked through those doors. Rob and all the instructors are extremely motivating and always have a way of keeping things interesting and challenging. As Rob loves to remind me, I walked in the door saying I can’t squat, I can’t run, and I can’t jump. I walked out that first day able to squat. Now eight months later I am able jog and hop. I wouldn’t call it running and jumping… yet. - Meg C.

Without rbf I'm certain I would be still struggling, bouncing around different gyms, getting bored with stale routines. Rob greets us every day, works us hard, and there is always a new challenge, a different workout, and he pushes us because he knows what we can handle even if we think we cant. This Challenge is designed for people that are tired of measuring their fitness by what the scale says.
It’s time to start measuring your fitness by what your body CAN DO!
RBF Fitness is the only gym in town that runs the FitRanX® System.
The FitRanX® System is the only fitness testing system used ALL around the world.
In 45 Days we will get you prepared to not only pass, but also DOMINATE the level 1 and level 2 test, if you are beginner.
If you are a more advanced athlete, we will get you prepared to wipe the floor with the Level 1 and 2 Fitness Test in the first 30 days and coach you possibly through level 4, but you will have to bring your A game!
The focus of this is accountability!
A LOT will be expected of you but you will reap the benefits of that hard work. If you've hit a plateau or are looking to add some serious muscle then you have to get on board with this. Here are some of the MANDATORY requirements:
1. You must workout a minimum of 4 days per week (gym or home)
2. You must do a 1 hour run/walk/hike/swim each week in addition to the workouts.
3. You must log your goals, weigh ins, measurements in Fit Clients (trainer code: 46785)
4. You must log EVERYTHING that you eat in a handwritten food journal
5. You must drink a MINIMUM of 1 gallon of water per day
6. You need nighttime recovery , a quality protein shake , and a meal replacement shake
7. You must be available for the Thursday 8pm check in meetings via Zoom (online) each week.
8. You must complete the additional at home workouts when given, no excuses.
9. You must take weekly progress photos and upload in to Fit Clients
Taking a step like this can seem like a risky endeavor. I want you to know that my coaches and I will be there for you every step of the way.
If you have questions - that is totally fine and expected. We'll either answer them for you in the FB group or you can message me/your coach directly and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
I want you to be completely comfortable with this experience and get ready to Level Up!!!!
