One of the biggest things I hear from prospective clients and some current members is "how do I keep myself motivated?" It's not about what type of music is playing, what day of the week it is, who is training beside you or who you are eating with, etc. There is no external factor that can be your driving force. Its' your WHY!!
When you are setting goals whether it's to lose weight, get stronger, run faster, lift with better form, or anything else there is a reason why you set that goal. Really define what that why is. Once you get to the core why that goal is important to you and you repeat it over and over and over, then you will begin to make the right choices to make it happen! Your why only has to mean something to YOU! You can't do it for anyone else, they don't live in your body. You have to close your eyes and visualize the moment when your goal is achieved and how it will make you feel! Use that moment as your driving forced and make that goal a reality :-)
